Legal framework for reproductive programs in Ukraine
Surrogacy and egg donation in Ukraine are fully legal and regulated by the Order of the Ministry of Health. We provide complete legal support at every stage of the program.

- One of the intended parents must have a genetic connection to the child (gestational surrogacy)
- Surrogate mother must be an adult capable woman with her own healthy child and no medical contraindications
- Mandatory notarized agreement between the surrogate mother and the parents
- Complete medical examination of all participants: HIV, hepatitis, syphilis testing and more
- Written consent of the surrogate mother's husband (if married)
Egg donation
- Donor can be a close relative, anonymous donor, or ART program patient
- No hereditary diseases, negative phenotypic manifestations, or harmful habits
- Mandatory medical and genetic screening before the program
- No more than 8 stimulation attempts total; repeat attempt no earlier than 2 months
